Is your friend or partner always bothering you to sign up for a league with them, but that “sounds like a lot”? Interested in learning the basics of Ultimate in a no-stress environment?

SLUA is excited to announce another opportunity for new players to learn about Ultimate! Join us from 12:00 – 2:00 on Saturdays from 4/26/2025 – 5/17/2025 to learn the FUNdamentals of Ultimate Frisbee.

This clinic is open to participants of all fitness and athleticism levels and any age 18+. In this clinic, we will go over everything from throwing, to basic defense, to just how to play the game. No experience is necessary.

To register, sign up for “2025 Spring New Player Clinic” in our registration portal, and complete the required injury waivers. Ultimate is a non-contact sport, but all sports involve the risk of injury. The location for individual days may change due to field availability, and all field and weather cancellation updates will be sent via email to registered participants.

Level of Play: Developmental - this clinic will be tailored to participants who have no experience playing or watching Ultimate.

Dates: Saturdays, April 26 - May 17, 2025
